*Accepting New Clients* Therapy with me is collaborative and nonjudgmental. We will move at your pace and address the things that are important to you. Whether you're exploring facets of your neurodivergence and/or queer identity, needing a letter to support your gender-affirming care, or just need a space where you don’t have to mask—you're welcome here.
I have a special interest in working with late-diagnosed (formal or self-identified) autistic clients who are wanting to gain a better understanding of self, learn how to unmask, and all of the messy things that come along with identifying neurodivergence later in life. All services are offered online for clients located in North Carolina and South Carolina.
I’m a cis, lesbian, autistic therapist and have lived many of the same struggles that bring my clients into counseling. One of my favorite aspects of being a therapist is combining my counseling training with tidbits of my own life experiences in a way that allows me to help others create a new understanding of their own experiences.
